The day's soup selection, or Mesclun salad greens with baby carrots, poached pears, grape tomatoes and brioche croutons, with side of Balsamic Vinaigrette

Dinner
  • Herb-Roasted ChickenFree-range chicken, infused with fresh herbs for flavor, is oven roasted at high temperature to yield crisp skin and delectable moist meat. Includes a seasonal vegetable plus our chef’s starch of the day.
  • Shrimp ScampiJumbo shrimp sautéed with garlic, roasted tomatoes, lemon zest and white wine, then tossed with linguini. Served with a side of fresh asparagus.
  • Slow-Roasted Prime RibHand-cut, slow-roasted USDA Prime beef, served with au jus and homemade horseradish sauce. Includes a seasonal vegetable plus our chef’s starch of the day.
  • Pan-Seared SalmonServed over Pernod-braised fennel and onion, oyster mushrooms, spinach, and citrus-herb butter.
  • Vegetarian RisottoPeas, sundried tomatoes, and seasonal vegetables tossed in white wine risotto, finished with butter, parmesan, and garlic cream.
